Reservation Confirmation

All reservations made at Josh Esther Olive Hotel considered final upon confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, it is non-refundable, except under the following circumstances:

Cancellation Within 48 Hours

Cancellations or changes to reservations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will be eligible for a full refund of the booking amount. Any cancellations or changes made within hours of the scheduled arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the entire booking amount.

Force Majeure Events

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other force majeure events, Josh Esther Olive Hotel, reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations without penalty. Guests may be eligible for a refund in such cases, provided they provide evidence of the force majeure event impacting their ability to stay at the hotel.


Reservations made at Josh Esther Olive Hotel are non-transferable. They cannot be transferred to another individual or party without prior approval from hotel management.

Incidentals and Additional Charges

Guests are responsible for any incidental charges incurred during their stay, such as room service, or damages to hotel property. These charges are not subject to refund.
